To process a return please use your original order number as your return authorization number. If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after you email us for instructions.
Your items must be returned within 7 days from date of receipt. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return and these items will be shipped back to you. Holidays exception: store credit will be issued during the holiday season (11/20 - 12/24) for return until 1/5/09.
To qualify for credit:

You need to contact us first by email for any returns within 2 days of receiving the items. We will give you a RMA number to include with your returned merchendise. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition, thus we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, ChicEve.com reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit and all costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
When we receive your items, we will refund you the amount of the item. The original and return-shipping fees are non-refundable. If you had received a free shipping offer, flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the return. Your credit will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to the address given on your original order, notifying you of receipt of the item and credit issued.
Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped by USPS PRIORITY Mail. This is a quick delivery method which takes 2-3 days to arrive after it leaves our facility. We cannot be held responsible for courier shipping delays. We email our customers the tracking number when we ship. We are not responsible for the items after it leaves our warehouse and scanned by the post office. If you are concerned about your item being lost in the mail, we recommend that you contact us to add insurance (Paid the the customer) to the shipping cost. Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
All returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to non refudable shipping.
Customers are responsible to pay the shipping charges for the returned merchendise.
The restocking fee will be waived if you return the item for exchange or if we send you the wrong item. However, shipping and handling is non refudable and it's the customers's responsibilty to to pay for it both ways. Exchange is subject to stock availability at the time of receiving your item(s).
